My experience was another level I went Tuesday first visit and by Friday I have my procedure done, my financial plan done on my first visit. Dr Biondo is Awesome or like I call him after my procedure Dr. Feather hand you won’t feel a thing !!! He explain everything especially during the procedure. Super professional and take time to answer all your questions and doubts. Mercedes his assistant make me feel very comfortable especially when I feel anxious during the procedure. Berlin the front desk assistant was very helpful and work really quick to process payment options. Thank you so much if I can give you 100 stars I will 🥰 best office ever !!! Dr Biondo, Mercedes and Berlin you guys are Awesome 🤩 !!! See you next week for my post procedure appointment.

Wow Dr Biondo is an awesome, or like I call him after my procedure Dr Feather hand 🥰. You feel no pain at all, I dint even feel the shot for the anesthesia. He explain everything very clearly especially while his working doing the procedure. He make you feel very comfortable, his very professional and have years of experience. I went Tuesday and by Friday I have my procedure done. That easy. Last but not least the Assistant Mercedes treat me so well during and after my procedure and help me relax when I got Anxious. front desk assistant super helpful OMG THIS LADYS TREAT ME WITH SO MUCH LOVE they answer every single of my questions and doubts. Dr. Ronald Biondo has a wonderful bedside manner, kind, humorous, attentive, and provides thorough explanations prior and throughout treatment. I was quite nervous about having all four wisdom teeth removed using nitrous oxide sedation and diazepam. However, the procedure was incredibly straightforward. I felt completely numb, relaxed, and comfortable throughout. Dr. Biondo’s calm, knowledgeable approach immediately put me at ease. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, which helped me feel informed and reassured during the entire procedure. Mercedes assisted during the procedure and was brilliant. Her kindness, support, and calming presence made a huge difference and helped me feel comfortable throughout. Berlin was also fantastic, responding to all of my text questions promptly, professionally, and courteously. The entire team transformed what I thought would be a scary experience into the opposite. Their professionalism, compassion, and patient centered care was exceptional. If you are dealing with wisdom teeth issues or need Oral/Maxillofacial surgery, I would recommend Dr. Biondo and his team without hesitation. In particular if you are a nervous patient or

From start to finish Dr. Biondo and his staff have been very supportive and kind. I'm generally a nervous person when it comes to any medical procedure, needles make me the most anxious. However, Dr. Biondo and his team have been patient with me along the way. He explained everything thoroughly, great communication. Mercedes reassured me from the being, even held my hand during the procedure when my nerves were on a high. They called and texted me the same day they operated to check in. There's such a high level of care and consideration this office provides which is rare these days. I'd recommend them to anyone I know. Btw this was for a Wisdom Tooth Extraction.

Dr. Biondo and Mercedes were amazing. I had to get three wisdom teeth pulled and was so nervous I cried on the way there - Dr. Biondo and Mercedes were calm and patient through the entire process. For every step they communicated what they would be doing and what I should expect and made sure I was comfortable along the way. The process went well and was way less painful than the last time I had a wisdom teeth removed. I’m so thankful for this process - worth every penny.
